At ALLNET, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your ALLNET account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a successful inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
